My heartfelt condolences goes out to you for your loss. I had the privilege of knowing Frank for just over 20 years, having worked together at HLC/CIBC. I'll never forget the time we first met, it was Mother's Day 2002 in St John's, NL when he interviewed me, that was the start of a great friendship. Frank always had a great joke or story to share and I've looked back at pictures this week of the many great times we had at both meetings and golf trips.
Rest in piece my friend and thanks for the many great memories.

Frank was an awesome boss and manager for me. Always fair, calm, and understanding.
He was also a guy that loved to have fun. His sports especially. And he was so proud of his girls and grans. And Frank was someone in addition to being our Manager, Frank was a Friend. He will be missed.

Worked with Frank for many years. In the early days as part of the branch mortgage specialists group meetings held in Halifax periodically and then later when he was transferred to Queen Street branch. Frank was an enthusiastic part of our team and worked hard to help us all achieve. Every promotion he received was well deserved. He was so dedicated to sports and obviously curling. He will be so missed by his family, siblings and friends and the Curling community. Sincere condolences to Carol, Tasha and Amy. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Fran Good

Frank is such a big part of my memories at CWC. He always devoted himself wholeheartedly to bettering the club and the curling community in any way he could and was always one of the first to volunteer for any event or project. His smile was a welcoming sight and he seemed to know instinctively if you needed a word of encourage. He will be dearly missed..

I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I can so easily picture him at the CWC with a ready smile and commentary on the game. But mostly I will remember Frank for helping us through our first mortgage; he was so good to us. My condolences to his family.

Rollie and I are so sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. It’s been quite a few years since we’ve enjoyed that quirky little laugh of his but the memory of it hasn’t faded over the years and neither has the memory of all the good times we had with you. All the Christmases and adventures we enjoyed after Andy, Natasha, and Amy came along, and of course; the parties and camping trips in the early, ‘early’ years. The ‘first’ party that Rollie & I were introduced to Frank’s particular ‘joie de vivre’ was my 21st birthday (yup – it’s like it was yesterday)! I remember Frank lounging in the trunk of a car with a case of beer, looking for all the world like he was on the deck of a million-dollar yacht. Someone came along and closed the trunk. Luckily, about a half hour later, we remembered Frank and popped the trunk. There he was, smiling that ‘smile’ of his; happily sipping on a beer. Nothing ever seemed to phase him – Frank just seemed to love life. He truly was a guy who enjoyed ‘living his life the way he wanted’ and he leaves us with a whole lot of happy and joyful memories.

Diane and I are saddened by the passing of Frank. I have been a Friend for 25 years and his Stick Curling Partner for 10 years. We had many adventures together including our annual weekend curling in Rexton since 2010. Words fail in saying how much he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Carol, Amy, Natasha and their Families and to Frank's Siblings. RIP Buddy

I worked with Frank at CIBC Queen St. He was supportive to his staff, and never got upset about anything. His door was always open. I had forgotten the humorous side of him, and reading his obituary brought back many memories of the time.
My sincere condolences to the Armstrong family. My thoughts are with you. Rest in Peace Frank.
