I recall working with Ann many years ago at Murray F Humes School with the then principal, Mary Grey. I think we were both on the board there at the same time. Ann and I had many wonderful chats about developmental disabilities and I saw her as a person with first hand, practical understanding of the issues that families face. As a result, I invited her to come to my Introductory Psychology class to help me explain to the students the significance and impact of developmental disabilities on a family and the challenges the children and the parents face together. She was exceptionally articulate and passionate and it was an experience that the class found very moving. We often met over the years. Her volunteer work was unstinting and impressive, especially her work at NBACL and at Jobs Unlimited. Ann made major contributions and she will be sorely missed by her family and our community. Please accept our sincere condolences.

My Dear Jack. I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Ann's passing. She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend. Her tenacity and determination were qualities that were immediately apparent to me. I will miss her as a swimming buddy and a personal friend. God rest her soul.

Such great neighbor’s for over 50 year’s. My mom and Ann such close friends for many years. After dad passed away in 2007, Ann and mom met regularly each week to pray, share and support each other. Mom and our family unfortunately got COVID and could not be near Ann during her final days which we are so sorry. God Bless you all during this time.

I remember meeting Ann at a Bible Study at UNB, not realizing I already knew her daughter Janet from the campus IVCF chapter. Her gentleness of spirit was matched by her hospitality and her vibrant, living faith. My condolences and sympathies to the whole family; she was indeed a great lady.
