Obituary of H. Louise Maynard

It is with sadness that the family of Louise Maynard announce her death on October 21, 2020, at the age of 89. Born on Ministers Island, NB, on May 4, 1931, she was the wife of Doug Smith of Fredericton, NB. The matriarch of a large family, Louise is also survived by her children, grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, loyal companion Nugget, and many chosen family members from far and wide who held a special place in her heart. As per Louise's wish there will be no formal service. A small gathering for close family and friends will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations in Louise's memory can be made to a local SPCA.
