Condolences to Jennifer, Alan and families. For several years I sat a couple of pews in front of your parents, and always had a nice chat either before or after service.

Mr and Mrs Gray sat in front of my family at the 10 am service at the Cathedral. They always spoke to the children and had a little laugh. They would ask about them even as the children grew up and moved on to university. My condolences. I enjoyed the pictures and your memories. They were a wonderful couple

Jennifer and Alan and your families. So sad to hear of the passing of Uncle Ed. He was such a true gentleman and family man.
I always looked forward to a good conversation with Uncle Ed each time we met. He is now with Aunt Marie and I'm sure he will have that twinkle in his eye once again. I will always remember him with lots of warm memories and good times. Wishing you all the best during this difficult time.

I knew Ed through the cathedral. We were on a Sunday offering counting team for a number of years. I don't know when I have ever met a finer gentlemen. He was kind and never had a harsh word that I ever heard. He radiated friendliness to everyone and I will sorely miss him.

To Ed's family, our deepest sympathies and our prayers for your loss. Ed and Marie were members of our Irish Association for a number of years and were loved for their kindness and sense of humour. Ed was very proud of his roots and spoke often of growing up in Northern Ireland. May your memories provide you with some comfort at this time.

Jennifer, Alan and family ... many fond memories of your Mum and Dad at the Cathedral. Like us, they always sat in the same pew and we always exchanged 'good mornings'. Having descended from an Irish immigrant I especially appreciated his Irish accent, and his ever-present smile and his sneaky sense of humour. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Ed's passing. Although I never worked with Ed it was always such a pleasure to see him at our annual Veteran's meetings as he was always so friendly and sincerely glad to see me. We consequently had some great conversations.
My condolences to all his family from near and far.
