I have fond childhood memories of times spent with the Boone family at their home, where Anita was a kindly and elegant older sister to my friend Beverly. To Marilyn I am sorry to hear of your sister and brother in law's sudden passing. I was fortunate like others to have been a student of both Mr. T. Jones and Mrs. A. Jones. After graduating from high school back in the late 70's ; I would run into both of them on the streets in Fredericton and always got caught up as to what they were up to. They were always so kind and each of them had a beautiful spirit. My sympathies to you and your families.

I am so saddened by Mr and Mrs Jones passing. We worked elections together and had alot of fun doing that. I just saw them a week ago at McDonalds. They always walked by my house. I was shocked to her of Anita and Ted's passing. We have been friends since early school days. On August 13th this year they shared by 80th birthday party when we shared stories from our past. A wonderful couple who will be missed for sure. My sympathies to their families.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Anita's passing. Her contributions to education and to the research and publication of local and provincial history are well chronicled. She was my French teacher when I was a grade 11 FHS student in 1969. And although I didn't become fluent, it wasn't her fault. She did her best. Years later I would become her colleague at Fredericton High. School. For 50 years, I was fortunate to have Anita and husband Ted as my neighbours at the corner of Willingdon and Lorne. She will be missed. Au revoir, Anita!

Having only met the Anita and Ted once I know they will be greatly missed by their loved ones. Their son Adam and I paid them a quick visit one summer afternoon a few years ago. They were very kind and friendly when we met. It's sad when a tragedy like this happens to a long time couple, however it's also heartwarming to think that they spent their lives together and now they can spend eternity with each other in the kingdom of God.
