Obituary of Paul Sacobie

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the late Paul Joseph Sacobie Sr on November 23, 2020 at Hospice House Fredericton. Born in Oromocto, on April 14, 1955, Paul was the son of the late Vincent and Grace (Sabattis) Sacobie. Paul is survived by his sons Kevin (Natasha) and Paul Junior "PJ" Sacobie (Cassandra); his grandchildren; brother Andrew Sacobie; sisters Beverly (Tim), Dorothy and Christina Sacobie, as well as many extended family members and close friends. In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by his wife Linda Lou (Maston) Sacobie; a brother Carl and sisters Ramona Richardson, Judy Mossop, Irene Jamieson, Hazel Hanevald and Mary Sacobie. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private memorial service has taken place at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. A video of the service is available to watch at https://vimeo.com/486087450. Interment will take place at the Jemseg Community Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
