With a heavy heart, I send my deepest condolences to you all. Your mom was an art student of mine on Thursday mornings. I was expecting her to return to art in the New Year. I knew she wasn't feeling herself but am shocked by her passing. We will all miss her on Thursday mornings. She was greatly appreciated and loved. Kathy Fewkes

Connie was the office manager at our Lumbering business for many years and the "glue" that kept everything together! The Alexanders are forever grateful for the impact she had on our lives, as well as our business. Customers were always commenting on how friendly and helpful she was at work. I hope every day in heaven has perfect bike riding weather for you!! Luv you lots, Steve & Jamie

So sad to hear of Connie's passing. I used to curl with Connie when I first started curling back in 1976. Losing your Mom is the hardest thing that you will ever have to go through. She was definitely your best friend. So glad you have so many good memories. Sending lots of hugs and prayers.

So very sad to hear of Connie's passing. I have lived 2 houses from her for over 18 years. We chatted often. She was always very kind to me and my girls. I be would always see her working in her yard, she took so much pride in that. I would see her when I was out walking and she used to deliver my paper. We will miss her. Sending deepest sympathies to her family. RIP xo

We were saddened to read of Connie's passing in the Daily Gleaner. Our son was a paper carrier with her a few years ago and she was always so encouraging to him. Connie was also our very dedicated paper carrier and we loved our chats with her. She touched many lives and we are thinking of you at this time.

Valerie Drury posted a condolence
I have been trying to find an address but was unable to. Please know that I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. It was definitely a shock when I saw it in the paper because it had not been that long since we painted at Danny prices art class. Please know how very sorry I am. Connie was an absolutely lovely lady who had a gift for painting but never blew her own horn. In fact she had difficulty taking praise. Her butterfly painting that she did this past year was from a calendar that I loaned her. She was always trying new things. I recall when she did the moose how very proud she was to be doing it for her son. Im sure you will treasure it always. Sincerely, Valerie Drury
