Obituary of Danny McCoy

It is with sadness that the family of Danny McCoy announces his death at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the age of 72. Born in Fredericton, NB, on May 16, 1951, he was the son of the late Arthurina (Foss) and L. Reginald McCoy.

 

Danny leaves behind his son, Andrew Greer; sisters, Debbie Dunphy (Bob), Gail Fox (Stephen) and Linda Daley; his dog, Marsha; and many nieces and nephews. Danny was predeceased by his brother, Reggie McCoy and his sister, Darlene Allaby.

 

Danny was happiest out at the camp riding his side by side with Marsha.

 

The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation for all the wonderful care that Danny received from Dr. Khaleduzzaman and the nurses and staff of 4 SE.   

 

There will be no services at this time. A private interment will take place at a later date. For those who wish, donations in Danny's memory may be made to the Fredericton SPCA. Arrangements are entrusted to McAdam's Funeral Home and online condolences may be left at www.mcadamsfh.com.
