I am so sorry to read of Stuart's passing. I met Stuart when I joined Gibson Memorial Choir many years ago, and he was instantly a friend. In later years, I would often see him parked by Bernadine's grave, a place he visited daily. The world has lost a very kind and gentle man. Sincere condolences to his family.

Stuart was a wonderful and kind gentleman. I really enjoyed encountering him while out for walks on our street with my dog Frost. My sympathies to his entire family. I hope that he has found peace, together with his wonderful wife, whom I know he missed dearly. I hope that you will take comfort knowing that they are together again and that they live on, not only in your memories, but in the memories of those in the community who knew them.

Dearest Diana & Family, So very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing, oh how I will miss him at the Pharmacy. I retired the end of June but ended up coming back two very short shifts a week in the Fall but had not seen him since I returned. He was so very proud of you and the family, always told me what great care you gave him. I remember when your Mom took ill what great care he took of her. You learned from the master. It was always a pleasure to wait on your Dad, always a smile, always concerned about everyone at Jean Coutu that we kept care of ourselves, all the time, not just during Covid. He knew how many very sick customers we looked after all the time. We always had a chuckle about the chocolate bar medicine. I don't think I have ever looked at those bars and not thought of your Dad. He was a happy man, who loved his family and he will be missed by all that had the great honour of knowing him. Love to you all, take care and see you in May. Your old friend, Myrtle xo

They are wonderful people and we cherished and appreciated their friendship. We have great memories of times we shared in their company, and we are certain you do also. May your memories sustain and strengthen you in the days to come. Blessings to you all.

I was sad to hear of Stu's passing. He was a kind & gentle man. He & Bernadine kept us entertained with their teasing when we were in the choir at Gibson. He spoke of his family with such love - especially Bernadine. I will miss chatting with him.

Dearest Diana, I have been thinking about you especially during this Christmas Season. I simply want to say that I so enjoyed spending time with your dad. Every visit was a joy. He was always gracious and funny. He loved you 'to the moon and back'. As well as his grandchildren. What I especially noted was that your dad was always appreciative of the little things in his life. I will always be grateful that he called me in early December just to say hello! I feel honoured that I was on his mind and that he reached out to me. Take care of yourself as he would have wanted you to do. You were the best daughter as he always said. Sending hugs. Kelly

Dear Diana and family. Your Dad was a kind gentlemen and had a big heart for his family. Many times he told me how good you were to him and he was very appreciative. He loved his grandchildren's and talked about all their accomplishments. I will never forget him and wish I could have been able to help in anyways. Last but not least was his Bernadine, he lived for her and did everything she would want him to do and that kept him happy till the end. Blanche and Vinni Craig
