Obituary of Posie Amba Ahuka

The family of Posie Amba Ahuka, of Fredericton, New Brunswick, sadly announces her passing on March 23^rd, 2024.

Posie was born on March 21^st, 2024, to Rushima Ahuka and Kelby Gass, in Fredericton, New Brunswick. In her two short days on Earth, Posie touched the lives of many people. She was a beautiful, feisty, and fierce little warrior who was loved by so many. Her Mommy and Daddy feel blessed to have spent the time they had with her and will love and remember her forever.

In addition to her parents, Posie is survived by her grandparents, Gaston Ahuka and Albertine Bahati, and William and Rosalie Gass; great-grandmother, Joyce Donahue; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her fur-brother, Roko.

A note of recognition and thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff on the Labour and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care and Maternity units at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital, for their kindness and compassion.
