When I first moved to Fredericton and became a bartender at Sam Sneads, Dallas became my first friend. Every night he would bring me out so many chicken tenders from the kitchen that eventually I couldn’t stand the thought of them. I always appreciated him spending every closing night with me, to the point that I only hated working the days he had off, he became my best friend at work. He was there for me on my worst days and on my best. I’m glad to have known him. - Drew

Dallas was a much better father then he ever expected to be, he was the first Non-medical person to hold her and once she held onto his little finger he loved her, from her first breath to his last. When he won the 2014 NB Hospitality Award he made sure Jenna was with him when he was interviewed. He taught her to ride a bike, that cooking can be fun, how to win at poker and so many other things. I was lucky to count on him as a friend and to co-parent with him. He will be missed
