Dear Dinnie, Pete and family. What a lovely tribute to your mother. Madlyn certainly was a kind, lively and fun-loving person. I enjoyed visits to Squires St. and looking at old photo albums with her...pictures from the wartime, when Madlyn and her brother were at Fredericton High with my father. My grandfather, Russell Evans, used to bring fresh wellwater from Grand Lake to your grandfather, when he was ill. I remember visiting your grandmother's store on Shore St. when I was a young girl growing up in Fredericton. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. Take care.
