Roberta and the George family, We were saddened to hear about Louie's passing. Our love and prayers are with you and the family at this time og great loss. Louie was his own unique man/person with a zest for life and living. He had a good heart, a big heart, and he loved all people the same. If it were possible to know everyone in Fredericton, then I am pretty sure that Louie did. He was friendly, sincere, outgoing, full of life, stories all around, and a true concern for all. He brought much joy to the life of downtown Fredericton. Louie has left his mark and will be remembered for a long time. I had the pleasure of visiting and shopping at GE George, Fredericton many times. Remember one day getting a parking ticket just outside the store (should have known better & put more money in the meter. Anyway, Louie, says to me,"no problem, let me have it...you don't worry, I'll look after it" and he did. That was Louie. It was the same with buying a pair shoes or a jacket and pants. Pick out what you want. Take it home with you, show it to Cynthia. One day, I came out with three pair shoes, a pair boots, and two jackets-can you imagine. Louie says, "don't worry about the price. If you keep it, pay me when you can, and if you don't, "I know where you live." We have been blessed to have Louie and Roberta as good friends. We will miss Louie a whole lot. He will be missed especially by Roberta. They were so much together, a wonderful couple. He will be missed by the Community and by his Church and Family. Fare thee well, my friend, go now to your joyful resurrection, and your rest and peace in the Paradise of God. Amen. Our love to all. John & Cynthia
