Ray Lebeau posted a condolence
The members of the Canadian Forces Supplementary Radio (SUPRAD) System Oldtimers Association were saddened by the news of Moe's passing. During his years of dedicated and loyal service as a 291'er in the Royal Canadain Navy, he made many friends. The enjoyable times that were shared in Aklavik, Inuvik, Gander and Coverdale will long be remembered. Also, the friendships that were made at the most northern permanently inhabited settlement in the world, Alert, will always be cherished. Our motto is 'Friends Forever' and because the friendships that Moe made over the years were special to him, he became a LIfe Member of our SUPRAD Oldtimers Association. A leaf with a cross on it will be placed on the Tree of Life which is located in the entranceway to the Canadian Forces Station Leitrim All Ranks Mess. Please know that as members of your extended military family we will be keeping you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. 'Friends Forever'

Going to miss you tons Grampy. We were planning on coming to visit this summer, but I guess it was just not meant to happen. I'll never forget our visits while you were in BC and the candy bars you "snuck" us when I was young.
