We just saw this. Our introduction to Winnie was when we bought the camp next to her and she arrived to tell us in no uncertain terms, the lines of the properties. Formidable as she was, she and my mother, Janice Morrison, became great friends. She was so good to my mom, coming over for tea and conversation. We missed her when she sold the camp but she is always in our thoughts. The last time we saw her was when she made her way to Woodstock amidst a raging snow storm to attend moms funeral. She had so much spirit.
