Gail and I have always been cousins but we became close friends when we reached our mid-twenties and remained close for over 50 years. Each year when I returned to Fredericton we had lunch together. I shall miss her dearly. She was sweet and kind and had a great intellect ......lots of good talks. Hilary and Ashley I am so sorry for your loss but know you are in the thoughts of many who loved your Mom.

Although I knew Gail was not well, I was so shocked to read that she had passed away. I won't be able to attend her funeral because of a prior commitment but am sending my sincere sympathy to both Ashley and Hilary. Gail was a great neighbour and I will surely miss her. Helen Bartlett in 4J.

Sending condolences to Gail's family. I served with Gail on the Unitarian Fellowship's Board of Directors. An experienced hand, she was forthright, solid and real and a great support to me as a rookie president. We will all miss her.

To the family of Gail Moore,
I met Gail through our book club and was so glad I did. I often thought of Gail as the conscience of our reading group. She presented us with several books that gave us a more balanced view of difficult world situations. One of them was "The Lemon Tree", about the Israeli/Palestine situation.
I'll remember Gail as a person I really admired - she was quick, broad minded, authentic, and had a great sense of humour.
My sincere condolences to her daughters, family and friends.

Dear Family of Gail,
I was saddened to hear of Gail´s passing, and indeed, not long after Joan, Dennis´s wife passed.
Although I have not seen any of the family for many years, I came close to Aunt Annie and Uncle
Ansel during the year I lived in their home while attending University. When a family member and
in general, a loved one, passes on, their absence often leaves an emotional pain that is not easy
to heal. May each of you be strengthened and comforted by our Lord´s presence, especially in the
times of need - this would be my hope and prayer for you. With loving greetings,
Vaughan O´Leary, Darmstadt, Germany.

Dear Ashley and Hilary,
Your mother was a beautiful person inside and out. She was so proud of you and nothing made her more happy that sharing a breakfast with you Ashley on Sunday morning and then having Hilary join in for a FaceTime. She loved having Hilary work in Fredericton where she could again be with you together.
As her bridge “buddies”, Mary Lou, Maxine and I will miss her wit, her beautiful smile, her intelligence and the wonderful friend she was. We will never forget her. RIP Gail.

Oh, our Dear Gail shall be so sadly missed. She was a grand friend to all and always eager to come out the door and say "where are we going?" I particularly loved our times at breakfast on Saturday mornings at the Diner. Tears are falling right now ...

I met Gail at a workshop when our children were very young that is over four decades ago. She had the qualities of an eternally inquisitive and compassionate friend. Her curiosity, love of learning and sense of humour were unsurpassed. It gave us much to talk about as we sipped a cuppa hot tea. My sincere sympathy goes out to her awesome son, Ashley and daughter, Hilary, and all the family.

Dearest Gail, you were such a wonderful friend to me. I feel so thankful we met all those years ago and that I got to spend so much time with you over the years at "Gail's B&B." I'll never forget all the funny, interesting, and meandering chats we had over coffee or the girls' nights with Hilary, Joanie, and Haifa. They are treasures. I am lucky to have had such an amazing friend in my life as you, and I miss you so much already. I know you are in peace, and I love you. Hilary and Ashley, sending you so much love during this difficult and sad time. You were lights in Gail's life, and she loved you so, so much.

I feel so I fortunate to have had Gail as such a great friend. She will be missed by many. Gail had a heart and big as all the outdoors and a very keen sense of wrong and right. In every chat that we had she spoke about her children. How proud she was of them and how attentive they were to her needs. Sending you both huge hugs, lots of love and wishes for comfort.
