To Rita and Family, I was sad to hear of the passing of Manley, my condolences to all of you.He was a great person to look up to as a young person growing up. One of the things that Manley taught me at young age was the importance of a dress shirt, dress pants,nice shoes and top it all off with a hearty laugh. He will be greatly missed by all.

Hey guys, sorry to hear of Manley’s passing. Manley was a good guy, better than most, true to his word, always! For all my memories ME Miller tolerated all the torment I could dish out( not really meaning to) and never threatened me one way or the other, but always ready to talk for a minute or two, never breaking stride, continue working all the time while tormenting me Proud to say I knew him! If there’s anything I can do, just shout out.
