Obituary of James Reid MacMillan

James Reid MacMillan, of Fredericton, NB passed away on August 12, 2024.  Beloved husband of the late Laura (Sutherland) MacMillan, he was born in Campbellton on October 24, 1925 to the late James and Margaret (Cook) MacMillan. He is predeceased by his sisters, Peggy MacMillan and Katherine Graham.

James is survived by his son, Peter MacMillan and daughter-in-law, Sandi MacMillan; daughter, Reid MacMillan and son-in-law David Chandler, their children Eliza (Gideon), Frani, and Devon (Lacey), and sister-in-law, Catherine Sutherland.

The family will receive visitors at McAdam's Funeral Home, 160 York Street, Fredericton from 2-3:30 pm on Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. Interment will take place at the Fredericton Rural Cemetery following the visitation. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
