Aunt Sylvia was ahead of her time, single, independent woman in a time when all women should be married and have children. She had style, and grace. I admired her greatly. She was strong, some would say stubborn. I say she had spunk. She has some health issues most of her life, never complaining, she was very comfortable in her own skin. Our last connection to our mother’s immediate family. You will be missed. I’m so glad we were able to get together for your birthday.

God bless Sylvia. She was a little spit fire but a wonderful soul. We had lots of laughs at lunches at Cora's and Pizza Delight. She loved her donairs. Nina and I shared her last birthday with her on July 18th. It was a shock to hear of her passing. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Sylvia Lorraine Tims
