I first met Judy in 1995. Her powerful voice and wide smile made a big impact on me. That day, while I prepared her a cup of brazilian coffe, she made me feel completely welcomed, in a new enviroment. I thank Joan Burt for giving me the opportunity of getting to know Judy. In the few opportunities I had to share moments with Judy, I had the chance to lear more about life, will power, frinedship, empathy and kindness. She was a wonderful person, who will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to her family and friends.
